Usucha (dunne thee): 2g Matcha op 70ml 75° water, schuimend opkloppen (W-patroon).
Koicha (dikke thee): 4g Matcha op 40ml 75° water, goed roeren of kloppen (O-patroon).
Matcha Latte: Koicha aanvullen met 200ml schuimend opgeklopte warme melk.

Zwarte poederthee met gemalen Chai-specerijen.
